How do I find out which cream is suitable for my skin?

It’s very simple. A typical characteristic of oily skin is that shiny spots appear on the face during the day, even under makeup, and the pores in the T-zone are enlarged. If you feel that your skin is dehydrated and prone to acne, we recommend the Dr. Sandra moisturizing cream, which hydrates the skin and retains water in the cells. This cream is also suitable for scars and acne. On the other hand, very dry skin feels very tight after cleansing or washing with water and needs nourishment. In this case, we recommend the Dr. Sandra nourishing cream. If you feel that your skin is drier only in certain areas, we recommend the Dr. Sandra semi-fat cream, which is suitable for all skin types and can sometimes be combined with the moisturizing cream. If you are unsure about your choice, please contact our trained staff.

How to properly use Dr. Sandra creams?

First of all, it should be noted that the creams are intended for adults. The creams are designed for use both during the day and at night. In addition to being combinable with each other, they are also suitable under makeup. Our clients typically use the moisturizing cream during the day, and the semi-fat and nourishing creams at night, although this does not mean you cannot use them differently or multiple times a day. We recommend trying them individually. They can also be used as a face mask.

How to properly store Dr. Sandra creams?

Temperature differences are allowed from 15-25°C, but we recommend storing creams at a stable temperature and in a dry environment. A problem can arise from contaminating the cream with unwashed fingers. Therefore, we recommend keeping the creams in the refrigerator after opening. This is a slight disadvantage for the end consumer. The advantage is that no harmful substances enter the body. The expiration date is two months.

Can allergic patients use the creams?

During our ten years of practice, we have not recorded any allergic reactions. We work with components that we have known for thirty years. However, we work with the human body, which has many variations. There is no substance in the world to which a person cannot be allergic. Our creams are hypoallergenic, so the risk of allergy is very low, but not zero.

How to use facial toner?

We recommend using all facial toners after cleansing twice a day, morning and evening. Facial toners are not intended for removing eye makeup.

How to properly store facial toners?

We recommend storing all our products in a dry place, at a stable temperature, and avoiding exposure to sunlight. The expiration date is two months.

Can the creams be purchased in person?

All our products are available for sale at the reception of our Esthetic clinic in Bratislava (Esthetic, s.r.o., Partizánska 2, 811 01 Bratislava). An order through the e-shop is NOT necessary for in-person pickup.
